Karen Gil

Karen Gil has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karen has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Seattle since 2024. Before that, they held the role of VP - Payments at Togetherwork starting in 2016. From 2005 to 2021, Karen worked at the YMCA of Metropolitan Columbus, GA as both a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor. Karen also worked at OmegaFi as a Director Of Product Development from 2010 to 2016 and as a Systems Analyst from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Karen worked at IZAZI Solutions as a Business Analyst from 2006 to 2007, at OmegaFi as a Director of Technology from 2002 to 2006, and as a Senior Application Developer from 2001 to 2002. Karen began their career at TSYS as a Developer from 2000 to 2001.

Karen Gil received their Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University from 1996 to 2000. Karen later obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University from 2008 to 2012.
