Lisa Sands

Lisa Sands has extensive work experience in strategy, operations, business development, and marketing. Lisa is currently the VP of Strategy & Operations at Togetherwork, where they lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and optimizes financial operations for a group of 20 payments-based SaaS operating companies. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Capturepoint, where they championed strategic planning, operations, P&L, and marketing/sales for a SaaS, E-commerce based software. Lisa also held the role of VP of Business Development & Client Service at Capturepoint, responsible for managing client relationships and a $1M P&L. Before joining Capturepoint, Lisa worked at Thomson Reuters in various leadership positions, including Director of Business Development and Director of Strategy & Research, where they played a key role in developing the global media business strategy. Lisa began their career at Merrill Lynch as an Equity Options Product Marketing Manager.

Lisa Sands has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Lehigh University. Additionally, Lisa has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Journalism from New York University.
