Sendil Rajendran

Sendil Rajendran currently serves as Managing Director at GI Partners, leading the Private Equity Management Team and heading the Software Group while also being an Investment Committee Member. In addition to this role, Sendil holds board member positions at several companies, including Egnyte, Euna Solutions, Aras Corporation, Insurity, Togetherwork, and Daxko, focusing on software solutions across various sectors. Prior to these roles, Sendil was a Vice President at Court Square Capital Partners, specializing in technology company buyouts, and worked as an Associate at TA Associates in technology private equity. Sendil began a career in investment banking at JP Morgan, advising on M&A for financial technology firms. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
