Tara Pepper

Tara Pepper is a seasoned project manager and operations specialist with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in supporting Greek organizations. Currently, Tara serves as a Project Manager at Togetherwork, a role commenced in November 2023, after a lengthy tenure at OmegaFi from December 1996 to April 2024, where positions included Project Manager, Chief Operations Officer, Director of Operations, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. During this time, Tara played a pivotal role in fulfilling financial, fundraising, database, and communication needs for clients. Prior experience at Togetherwork involved leadership positions, including Director of Operations for Higher Education and Vice President of Administration, emphasizing operational guidance and administrative support. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Auburn University, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
