Daniel Hickey

Daniel Hickey is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Togg Smart Device PD Workstream Leader and Head of E&E Hardware and Component Engineering at Togg since April 2022, Daniel oversees product launch initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Supplier Technical Development Director at Eldor Corporation, where responsibilities involved enhancing the supplier management system and restructuring the global supplier quality engineering department. Daniel also held senior roles at Ford Otosan Turkey, including Supplier Technical Assistance Senior Manager and Electrical Engineering Manager, contributing significantly to supplier management and the development of electrical subsystems. Daniel's career began at Ford Motor Company, where various roles in electrical engineering were undertaken, including Interior Subsystems Manager for the original Ford Focus. Daniel holds a BSc (Hons) in Combined Technologies from Anglia Ruskin University.
