Kirby White

Kirby White is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Capstone Commercial since July 2020, Kirby previously held the position of Managing Director - Leasing at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate from October 2012 to August 2019, focusing on in-house leasing for 1.4 million square feet across multiple office buildings in North Texas. Prior to that, Kirby was the Director of Leasing at Crescent Real Estate Equities LLC for 15 years, overseeing premium downtown Dallas properties totaling four million square feet. Additional roles include Vice President of Leasing and Management at Bellemead Development Corporation (1995-1997), Vice President of Office Leasing at Woodbine Development Corporation/Wilcox Realty (1989-1995), and Office Leasing Agent at Lincoln Property Company (1981-1989). Kirby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Letters, Classics from the University of Oklahoma.
