Marc Phillips

Marc Phillips has worked in the IT Security and GRC field since 1998. Marc began their career at Williams Company as Manager of Process Development, where they were responsible for process development and process improvement of the Midstream Business Unit. Marc then moved to OpenPages in 2008 as a Managing Consultant, where they were responsible for large customer account management. In 2011, they joined SAI Global | BWise as Director of Global Professional Services for North America and Senior Business Consultant for North America. Marc then moved to Convercent in 2014 as Regional Sales Executive, where they were brought on to expand the client base from SMB to Enterprise. Marc added Fortune 100 and 500 companies as clients and won the Best Negotiator Award for Q3 deals. In 2016, they joined Riskonnect, Inc. as Director of Implementation GRC, Healthcare, Upsell, where they led Professional Services teams to successfully deploy multiple software applications across a diverse client base. Marc is currently employed at TokenEx as Director IT Security and GRC.

Marc Phillips received a Bachelor's degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College and a Master's degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling/Patient Counseling from Oral Roberts University. Marc also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
