Robert Madsen

Robert Madsen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present year. Robert currently serves as a Client Success Manager at TokenEx since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Varonis as a Manager of Customer Success from 2022 to 2023, where they successfully led a team of Customer Success Managers and strategically managed accounts. Before that, they were a Customer Success Manager at Varonis from 2021 to 2022, where they maintained relationships with accounts and ensured customer satisfaction.

In 2021, Robert worked as a Territory Sales Representative at NCR Corporation, leveraging their expertise in hospitality to sell and promote their products. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at J. Alexander's Restaurants, including Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, and Manager, where they exhibited exceptional leadership skills and improved operational performance.

Additionally, Robert gained experience as an Intern at Valley Hospitality in 2016, a Line Cook at Capella Hotel Group in 2015, and a Back Waiter at Harvest Restaurant Group in 2014.

Robert Madsen completed their undergraduate education from 2013 to 2017 at Auburn University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In addition, they obtained the ServeSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association in August 2019.
