Veronica has extensive experience in sales operations and product management within the fintech sector, currently serving as Sales Operation & Product Senior Lead at Tokopedia since September 2016. In this role, Veronica focuses on consumer lending while also leading the growth of Tokopedia Travel. Prior to this, Veronica held positions as Business Development Lead and Senior Business Development at Tokopedia Digital, where several new business lines were initiated. Before joining Tokopedia, Veronica worked at EY as an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Consultant, providing advisory services for risk management in financial institutions. Veronica began her career at Deloitte as an Associate. Educationally, Veronica holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and attended Queensland University of Technology in 2018.
