Ethan Ruff

Ethan Ruff has worked in the legal field for over 15 years. In 2022, they began their role as Chief Legal Officer at Toku, a cloud communications provider headquartered in Singapore. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Managing Associate at Global Legal Solutions Group, where they advised clients on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Managing Associate at Law Asia, a Singapore-headquartered regional corporate law firm. In 2013, they were a Research Assistant to Professor Lawrence Boo at The Arbitration Chambers. In 2012, they were a Legal Intern at Dacheng Law Offices. In 2011, they were a Judicial Intern at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, where they held drafting and editing responsibilities for portions of the final Judgement in the trial of Momčilo Perišić. In 2005, they were an Americorps VISTA at the University of Texas.

Ethan Ruff attended Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a J.D. degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
