Ethan Ruff has worked in the legal field for over 15 years. In 2022, they began their role as Chief Legal Officer at Toku, a cloud communications provider headquartered in Singapore. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Managing Associate at Global Legal Solutions Group, where they advised clients on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Managing Associate at Law Asia, a Singapore-headquartered regional corporate law firm. Ethan Ruff attended Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a J.D. degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
