Ken Tan

Ken Tan has extensive work experience spanning several decades. Ken most recently held the role of VP, Feedback Management at Toku since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as Director at Activeo Singapore Pte Ltd starting in July 2020.

Ken's previous experience includes a long tenure as Managing Director at Jusfeedback Pte Ltd, where they helped organizations utilize feedback for actionable information through the Verint EFM system. Ken held this position from October 2008 to July 2020. Before that, they were the Managing Director of Vovici's Singapore Branch from October 2007 to October 2008.

Ken's career also includes managerial roles at Perseus Asia Pte Ltd and Pacfusion Group Holdings Pte Ltd, where they served as Managing Director. Ken was the Vice President of Sales at Pacfusion Group Holdings Pte Ltd from April 2001 to October 2003.

Earlier in their career, Ken held the position of Senior Application Engineer at Conner Peripherals (Asia Pac) Pte Ltd from March 1995 to March 1996. Ken also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Siemens Pte Ltd from January 1989 to March 1995 and as a Field Engineer at Singapore Computer Systems Pte Ltd from August 1987 to September 1989.

Ken Tan received a Diploma in Information Technology & Communications from Singapore Polytechnic in 1984. Ken then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Computer & Communication Systems at Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1989 to 1991. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Systems, Control & Information Technology from The University of Sheffield between 1992 and 1995.
