Wayne Parent

Wayne Parent has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Spares and TSM Planning Manager at Tokyo Electron since April 2007, overseeing spares planning operations for the U.S. Prior to this role, Wayne worked as the Spares Planner for the CleanTrack Business Unit at Tokyo Electron America from 2005 to 2007, where the Planning Manager recognized Wayne's R&D accomplishments as proof of potential despite a lack of prior spares planning experience.
