Kunal Adnani is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and CFO for a digital bank at Tolaram since April 2016, Kunal is responsible for strategic planning, investor relations, and successfully executing an IPO on the IDX. Previously, Kunal held the position of Head of M&A and Corporate Finance at Tolaram, focusing on strategic investments across Africa and Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Investment Banking at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where Kunal managed structured debt transactions for the aviation and transport sectors, and as Vice President of Investment Banking at Barclays, originating M&A and debt transactions in the MENA region.
