Naved Hasan currently serves as the Aftersales Head at Tolaram since October 2023. Previously, Naved headed service operations as Service Manager at stalliongroup_nigeria, overseeing a team of over 300 employees and managing various aspects including customer handling, service budget, and profitability from July 2020 to April 2024. Naved also worked as Regional Service Manager at Simba Group, responsible for service activities in North Nigeria from July 2018 to July 2020, and held the position of Customer Service Manager for East Africa at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Automotive from May 2017 to June 2018. Prior experience includes managing international service and technical support at Mahindra 2 Wheelers Ltd., and serving as Territory Manager at TVS Motor Company, focusing on service operations in various northern regions of India. Naved holds a PGDIB in International Business from Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Institute of Engineering Studies.
