Vikram Parige

Vikram Parige is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Business Head for Indomie Cafe at Tolaram since November 2019, Vikram is instrumental in developing and executing business strategies that drive brand success and financial stability. Prior to this role, Vikram was the Manager of Operations, overseeing multiple restaurant openings and optimizing operations through data analysis and market research. From August 2008 to November 2019, Vikram held various positions at McDonald's India, including Deputy Manager Operations, where responsibilities included achieving significant sales and profit goals across multiple stores, and Restaurant Manager, focusing on P&L management. Vikram holds an MBA in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
