Mark Rothenberg has worked in the finance industry for over 30 years. In 1988, they began their career at Ernst & Young as a Manager, where they managed staffs during financial statement audits and consulted reviews of Corporate and Financial Treasury department operations. Mark was also recognized as the New York office specialist in understanding, valuing and communicating complex structured products issues. In 1995, they moved to J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director of Global Derivatives Sales, where they managed a team providing dedicated sales coverage to the Insurance industry. Mark pioneered JPM’s first structured repo transaction with an insurance company and arranged hedge fund second loss risk reinsurance, among other deals. In 2007, they moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Principal of Global Rates Sales, where they lead a team providing tactical and strategic sales coverage to institutional clients. In 2015, they moved to Nomura as an Executive Director of Global Rates Sales, where they created and established a high-impact Banking & Insurance coverage franchise. In 2022, they began working at Tolerisk as the Vice President of Partnerships & New Business Development and Fairfield Dolan - Fairfield University Charles F. Dolan School of Business as an Adjunct Professor of Finance, Derivatives.

Mark Rothenberg holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained in 1996. Mark'sfield of study was Analytic Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business in 1989. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania and holds Series 3, 7 and 63 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
