Norm has held positions such as Senior Programmer Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and currently serves as the Manager of Business Systems at Tolko Industries. Norm also served as the Business Lead for the Microsoft Dynamics AX Project at Tolko Industries and previously worked at The Loewen Group and First City Trust.
