Tom Segers is a seasoned professional in digital solutions and project management with extensive experience in the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Product Manager for Customer Digital Solutions at Toll Group since April 2022, Tom leads a team focused on enhancing customer-facing digital products and has successfully built a quoting and booking tool for the organization. Prior to this, Tom held various significant roles at DHL Global Forwarding from 2010 to 2022, including Head of IT Renewal Roadmap Program for Asia Pacific, where efforts centered around digitization and customer experience enhancements. Tom possesses a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Odisee and has a track record of implementing innovative digital solutions and process improvements across multiple regions.
