Wayne C.

Wayne C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in uncrewed systems and aviation safety. Currently serving as Chair of the Technical Advisory Group for RPAS Training at the Australian Association for Uncrewed Systems since July 2023 and as Head of Uncrewed Systems and Chief Pilot at Toll Group, Wayne has held various leadership positions since 2011 as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Pilot at Advanced Aerial Solutions Australia. Wayne's career includes roles with the Royal Australian Air Force since 1987, where responsibilities encompass operational airworthiness and safety. Additional expertise includes senior facilitation and lecturing at Griffith University, aviation safety roles with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the Department of Defence, and previous executive leadership roles with ATO Group and the Australian Training Organisation. Wayne holds a Master's in Learning Management from CQUniversity and a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Southern Queensland.
