André Beukes

André Beukes (LLM) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, training, and international employment relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for TOLSA in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom since May 2023, André oversees HR policies, payroll, and rewards programs while advising the Management Team on HR matters. Prior roles include Corporate Recruiter for Louvre Hotels Group, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment processes in the Benelux region, and Training Officer at Picnic Technologies, focusing on onboarding and integration of new employees. André’s extensive experience also includes a significant tenure as an International Employment Relations Practitioner at Euffice, providing legal and HR advisement to multinational companies, and a role as Human Resource and Business Development Manager at Styleau. André holds an LLM with distinction in International and European Labour Law from Tilburg University, along with a BA in Social Science and additional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
