Derek DiLeo

Derek DiLeo began their work experience in 2006 as a Cable Technician at Comcast, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined Prince Telecom LLC as a Cable Technician for a few months before starting their own business as an Owner and Operator of Super Sound, LLC., where they served as a DJ and Audio Engineer until 2020. In 2013, Derek worked as a Department Manager at Guitar Center for a year. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Valencia College, including Network Engineer, Help Desk, and Instructional Laboratory Assistant. In 2019, they worked as an Audio Engineer at GRP Studios. In 2022, Derek had work experiences at RX Delivered Now as a Quality Assurance Manager, at City of Orlando as a Full Stack Developer, and currently works as a Junior Software Engineer at Tomahawk Robotics.

Derek DiLeo has an education history that includes attending Valencia College from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Audio Engineering and Sound Production. Additionally, in 2021 to 2022, they returned to Valencia College to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Software Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Derek obtained the Dante Certification Level 3 from Audinate in April 2018. Derek also holds a CompTIA A+ certification, which they obtained from CompTIA in March 2005.
