Tomato Mountain Farm is located in Brooklyn, WI and has been serving Chicagoland since 1993. They deliver customizable boxes of sustainably grown local produce, staples & specialty items from their farm, and other local farmers and producers, to households throughout Chicagoland. Their flexible CSA model allows subscribers to pay weekly and skip boxes as desired. They also provide wildly popular onsite farmers market events and group deliveries to companies in support of their employee/tenant wellness, engagement and sustainability initiatives.
