Lee Uri

Lee Uri currently serves as the Director of Chemistry at Tomgrow, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as an MSc student in Materials Engineering at Tel Aviv University from June 2023 to October 2025, and an R&D Research Assistant at Gauzy from November 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading prototyping and materials characterization of electro-optical smart films. Lee Uri also contributed as a Research Assistant in both the Dvir Lab and the Tel Aviv University Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, gaining significant experience in tissue engineering, hydrogel materials, and nanotechnology. Prior to these roles, Lee Uri served as an Intelligence Observatory Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces, where leadership and operational management skills were developed. Academic credentials include Bachelor of Science degrees in Materials Engineering and Chemistry, followed by a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
