Allyson Young

Allyson Young has a diverse and extensive work experience. Allyson began their career at K N Management in 1997 as an HR Director, where they were responsible for team member relations, branding, publications, social media, strategic planning, process design, and performance excellence. During their tenure, they also conducted learning sessions to share best practices and spoke at conferences across the nation.

In 2021, Allyson joined Sport Clips Haircuts as the Chief People Officer, where they served until 2023.

Currently, Allyson holds the position of Head of People at Tomlinson's Feed, a local store for natural, healthy pet products in Austin and the Central Texas region. Allyson'srole involves ensuring excellent customer service and animal nutrition education. Additionally, Tomlinson's Feed regularly donates healthy pet food and contributes to Central Texas rescues under their leadership.

Allyson Young obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Allyson also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) from HRCI.
