Tomma Consulting was founded in 2012 by Tom Bo Madsen - who has previously acted as Managing Partner from 2007 - 2012 at Cynara A/S.
Tomma Consulting is offering a wide variety of HR services - focusing on search, selection and assesment of managers,  and other staff members.
We are operating in DK and the other Scandinavian countries and have associates acting on our behalf in Norway and Sweden.
The key segments are the building industry, the FMCG industry, suppliers of consumer products to the retail industry, and manufacturers/industry in general, and the company is servicing app. 35 companies in Scandinavia.
Tomma Consulting was rated nr. 4 out of app. 100 Danish Search & Headhunting Companies in the latest industry analysis (2017 + 2018) carried out by Supana Institute, who has specialised in analysis of the Danish staffing and recruiting industry (search & headhunting).
