Olivia Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as an Operations Associate at Tommy John since October 2021, Olivia has previously held roles as Operations Assistant and Business Intern at Walter Baker New York, where significant contributions included the preparation of linesheets and the enhancement of inventory systems.
