Tomorrow’s Kitchen is a community interest company led by chefs and growers, providing free resources to help professional kitchens contribute to a just and resilient food system that supports people and planet.

Head to our website and explore Today’s Menu - our resource celebrating agroecological foods you can put on menus right now to support positive change.

You can also find No Mise En Plastic there, our free manual for eliminating single-use products and reducing waste in kitchens.

Alongside our website, we run workshops for chefs across the UK, encouraging more flexible cooking and stronger, closer relationships with farmers.
