Mark Jones has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as Deputy Sheriff for Tompkins County since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held the same position at Tompkins County from March 2004 to May 2021 and worked as a Deputy Sheriff at Seneca County Sheriff Office from July 2000 to March 2004. Mark completed the Basic Course for Police Officers at Southern Tier Law Enforcement Academy in December 1999 and holds an educational background from Corning Community College, where studies were pursued from August 1996 to June 1998.
