Peter Duncan is a partner at Tompkins Wake, where since 2006, co-leads the property team, providing specialized property law advice to Local Government clients, including issues related to the Resource Management Act and Public Works Act. Prior to this role, Peter served as a partner at Corban Revell Lawyers from 1992 to 2005, leading the Property and Commercial Team, and notably working with Waitakere Properties Limited and the Council's subdivision and development team. Peter holds an LLB from The University of Auckland and completed education at Pukekohe High School.
