Tom Arieli

Tom Arieli is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and investment transactions. Currently serving as a Director at Board Dynamics and Depot Investments, Tom has held a Partner position at Tompkins Wake since November 2012, where significant advisory roles have included restructuring boards, navigating complex acquisitions, and facilitating sales for various companies. Prior to this, Tom was a Partner at Glaister Ennor, offering strategic advice in numerous high-profile transactions. Tom began their career as a Solicitor at Bell Gully. Tom holds a BCom/LLB degree in Law and Accounting from The University of Auckland.
