Gard H.

Gard H. serves as Compliance Manager at TOMRA, focusing on the global implementation of the Group's compliance program within the Collection division since September 2023. Previously, Gard held various roles at KPMG Norway, including Manager of Business Integrity & Compliance, and positioned as Regional Compliance Manager for Asia at Yara International, where responsibilities included anti-corruption, human rights risk management, and compliance training. Additional experience includes positions at UNDP, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing, and the Mid-Norway European Office. Gard has a Master's Degree in Law in Politics from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
