Tom’s Waffles is a Denver-based pop-up catering company specializing in fresh Belgian Liège waffles made on-site using a 3-day family recipe. Our waffles are yeast-based and finished with imported Belgian pearl sugar that caramelizes as they cook, creating a crisp exterior and soft, fluffy interior.
We provide a fully turnkey catering experience designed for corporate offices, apartment communities, and large-scale events. Our team arrives with a compact, professional setup and handles all cooking, service, setup, and cleanup. We are fully insured, generator-capable, and able to operate seamlessly indoors or outdoors with minimal footprint and no operational burden on the host.
Tom’s Waffles is well-suited for employee appreciation mornings, tenant activations, grand openings, resident events, conferences, and branded gatherings. We serve waffles made-to-order at high volume while maintaining an elevated, guest-focused experience. Coffee, iced coffee, and other drinks can be included to create a complete breakfast or all-day offering.
