Heather Wilhelm

Heather Wilhelm is an experienced Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist currently at TOMS, having transitioned to this role in February 2022 from her position as Website Merchandise Coordinator. Prior to TOMS, Heather served as Ecommerce Operations and Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Manager at Lotus and Luna, focusing on exemplary customer service and ecommerce operations. Heather's career began as a Fashion Stylist at Stitch Fix, where styling expertise and knowledge of fashion trends was applied. Earlier roles include Office Assistant at ServiceNow, handling company events and vendor relationships, and a Marketing and Analytics Intern at Trade Yoke, where Heather contributed to marketing strategies and industry research. Heather holds a B.A. in World Literature & Cultural Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate's degree in Communications from Marymount California University.
