Bill K.'s work experience includes a range of roles and responsibilities. Bill served as the Managing Director at enrich360® | FOOD-FARM-FUTURE, where they oversaw a program focused on reducing food waste and generating organic fertilizer. Bill also worked as the Managing Director at Tomsoft Pty Ltd, where they managed a Total Order Management system for businesses. Additionally, Bill served as an Advisory at Red Horizon Advisory. Bill worked at In2food Australia as an Advisor, and later as the CEO, where they specialized in fresh produce supply for the food service and retail sectors. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director and Owner at Yarra Valley Farms, a supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables. Bill's early experience includes roles as a Software Development Manager and General Manager at Unisoft.

Bill K. began their education in 1986 at Balwyn High School, where they completed their VCE. Bill then attended Deakin University from 1990 to 1993, pursuing a degree in Business with a focus on Computing. In 2002, Bill K. enrolled in the AGSM @ UNSW Business School and completed their MBA in 2003, specializing in Masters of Business Administration.
