We support organizations in making 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆, especially where classical project management approaches and agile methods alone are no longer sufficient.
Our work is based on 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲-𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 in collaboration, decision logic, and governance. The objective is to restore 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 in complex initiatives.

Projects rarely fail due to a lack of expertise or tools.
They fail because of 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝘆𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
TOMSSON therefore does not start with motivation, but with the 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.

We work with a small number of clients, delivering 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.
Depending on the situation, we also support projects 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 or following an intervention through 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
