Birgit Woudstra

Birgit Woudstra is a Global Product Manager Experience at TomTom since 2020, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and productivity through experience optimization strategies. Birgit has also led the change management and rollout of the ‘Working@TomTom’ program, coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategy & Change Consultant at VIVAT, where Birgit led workspace innovation, and as Manager of the Communication, Collaboration and Integration team. Birgit's earlier roles involved managing intranet initiatives and internal communications for companies such as SNS REAAL and REAAL Verzekeringen. Birgit holds a Master of Science in The Future of Work from the University of Amsterdam and is a certified Prosci® Change Management Practitioner.
