Christopher Baum

Christopher Baum, PhD, is a Senior User Experience Researcher at TomTom, with a diverse background in user experience research and anthropology. Previous roles include User Experience Research Lead and Senior User Experience Researcher at American Express, along with a Senior User Experience Researcher position at Grove Collaborative, where Christopher designed generative and evaluative research studies.
