Lukasz Socha

Lukasz Socha has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Software Engineering at TomTom since January 2010, with previous roles as Manager, Team Lead, and Product Owner. Responsibilities have included leading engineering teams, managing product development for major automotive clients, and overseeing the design and implementation of Java applications for map products. Prior to TomTom, Lukasz worked at Tele Atlas as a Software Developer, focusing on C#, C++, Delphi, and Python, and was also stationed in Belgium for a project. Lukasz began a professional career as a Marchandiser at Marchandiser Sp. z o.o. and possesses a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Lodz, along with a postgraduate degree in Leadership Psychology from Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
