Saara Sippo

Saara Sippo is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant at TomTom since April 2022, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including hiring strategy, sourcing, interview scheduling, screening calls, and salary negotiations, along with project management and event planning. Prior to this role, Saara held positions as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Finnair and as a Cabin Crew member at Tallink Silja Oy. Saara’s education includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
