Simon Hughes

Simon Hughes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at TomTom International BV since November 2010, Simon leads a global team of 25, overseeing commercial, intellectual property, litigation, corporate, compliance, and legal operations. Prior roles at TomTom include VP/Head of Commercial Legal and Litigation, where responsibilities encompassed managing commercial contracting and litigation matters on a global scale. Previous experience includes work as a solicitor at Charles Russell LLP, focusing on IT law, and various secondments, including with Nike European Operations and Atos Origin IT Services.
