Sven Ploppa

Sven Ploppa possesses extensive experience in the mapping and technology sectors, currently serving as Manager Maps at TomTom since May 2010, with previous roles including Region Manager DACH and Technology Deployment Manager. Prior to TomTom, Sven Ploppa worked at Tele Atlas from September 2003 to April 2010, where roles included Quality Manager and Co-ordinator for Quality, Training and Methods. Earlier experience includes a position as Photogrammetric Editor at Simmons Aerofilms Ltd. in 2003, focusing on mapping and data production from aerial imagery. Sven Ploppa holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Ökonomie und Management from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Dipl.-Ing. in Geomatik from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
