Tomás Kroth

Tomás Kroth is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager II at TomTom since August 2020, Tomás has previously held positions such as Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Before joining TomTom, Tomás worked at WAES from February 2018 to August 2020 as Community Manager and Chapter Lead, focusing on consultant development and career growth. Earlier in the career path, Tomás was a Senior Software Developer at ADP, contributing to significant projects such as the redesign of the Authorization module for the ADP Portal, and held roles at Icompany, Solid Invent, UFRGS, and other organizations in software development and IT education. Tomás holds a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Ciência da Computação at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
