Evan Bauer is an experienced engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Tonal since August 2021, Evan previously held positions such as Senior Mechanical Engineer at f'real foods and Mechanical Engineering Manager at Blendtec. At Blendtec, key contributions included the launch of a sustaining improvement engineering program, successful cross-functional collaboration to eliminate operational roadblocks, and the design of innovative products that enhanced manufacturability and sustainability.
