As a licensed massage therapist (LMT #MA97820) with an Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy (AOS), a Master Practitioner in Phenomenal Touch Massage (MPPTM), and a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), I specialize in expert massage therapy and straightforward embodiment practices. Whether in-person or online, I provide supportive care to your mind, body, and spirit, aiming to foster harmony for your holistic well-being.

Tongen Touch™ is my holistic approach to healing and well-being that combines massage therapy with yoga, breath awareness, and other modalities. I created Tongen Touch™ after years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. I found that a holistic mind-body approach is the most effective way to help my clients achieve their wellness goals. I help my clients to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, relieve pain and tension, and experience self-love and connection that transforms their lives. 

I'm truly grateful to be able to help people return home to their bodies and relieve pain as I provide a listening ear, compassionate hands + heart, and a skillful mind that works in service to healing!
