TONIC was established in 2007 to provide public sector consultancy to a range of Government departments, local authorities, PCCs and 3rd sector organisations.

We think that things can be done better if we are innovative, inclusive, listen and communicate, use the evidence and get the right people to "buy-in" to the process.

TONIC has worked for a range of clients, including NHS England, Home Office, Department of Health, Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, and NHS, PCCs and Councils across the country.
