There is no ‘one size fits all’ wellbeing strategy, no one formula to achieve optimum organisational wellbeing HOWEVER the corporate wellness journey is more predictable than you might think! From our acclaimed wellbeing toolbox developed over 19 exciting years, we deliver personalised wellbeing solutions.

Making sure your wellbeing interventions and policies are flexible, relevant, and understood by the whole organisation and, most importantly, communicated.
We say that wellbeing is about demonstrating you have your staffs best interests at heart and it has to be made personal if you want to drive engagement! We do just this!

We focus on both your organisational and individual needs - starting with the individual employee. Our programs increase awareness and understanding of the impact that lifetyle choices have on physical and mental health; and drive behaviour change. Our digital platform, Tonic and Me is an online portal providing 24/7 access to personalised data, health check stats, trending results and goals. The ultimate communication, engagement and diagnostic tool! It is also packed with content, insights and features to support the individual.

Our mission is simple - to provide the tools, support, education and (just as importantly) the incentive to help individuals and organisations to take control of wellbeing. Let us help you to take a positive, preventative & purposeful approach to wellbeing. Let us bring wellbeing to the heart of your organisation!
