Founded in 2024 by Rachel Davies, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, and Arron Collins-Thomas experienced personal trainer, breathwork coach and qi gong master, TONIQ Wellness is a community for individuals and organisations to elevate their wellbeing.
