Cody Deitz

Cody Deitz is a seasoned Senior Technical Writer and Proposal Specialist at Tonkean, leading documentation efforts to empower shared services teams in creating user-friendly automations and workflows. With prior experience as a Senior Technical Writer at TraceLink, Cody specialized in API and developer documentation, contributing to the development of the Opus platform. Additional roles include Technical Writer II at Sovos, where documentation was created throughout the SDLC, and various positions as a writing instructor and consultant in academic settings. Cody holds a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of North Dakota, a Master's in English/Creative Writing from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature/Poetry from the same institution.
