James Arnold is a Senior Engineer and the Lead Engineer on the Transforming Jetty Road Project with the City of Holdfast Bay. With a focus on local government, they lead multidisciplinary strategic transport projects at Tonkin, including traffic and transport planning, lighting, and stormwater systems.
