Ingrid Ustad

Ingrid Ustad is currently a Kundekonsulent at TONO since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role in Customer Success at Ducky from August 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer follow-ups, project management, and developing support materials. Ingrid also served as KAM Sales at Hoopla AS from November 2014 to August 2018, focusing on sales strategy, customer interactions, and GDPR implementation. Earlier, Ingrid held a position as Magazine and Marketing Assistant for the Oslo Films From the South Festival, supporting bilingual publication efforts, and worked as a Store Employee at Platekompaniet AS, handling customer service and product inventory. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Kultur og ledelse from BI Norwegian Business School.
